Job Summary
Lead warehouse, production, dock, salvage, recycling, and Outlet operations to ensure donated goods are processed and distributed efficiently while meeting quality and production standards. Drive performance by reviewing daily budgets, adjusting goals, and maximizing the value of donated goods. Manage inventory, salvage, and product flow, including vendor negotiations and chain-of-custody procedures to protect assets. Lead and develop teams through hiring, training, coaching, and consistent application of safety and operational expectations. Maintain compliance by overseeing equipment maintenance, conducting safety inspections, and addressing repair needs. Requires four years of warehouse experience with two years supervisory, strong leadership skills, and Spanish communication preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Four years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse or distribution operations
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to train, develop, coach, and hold employees accountable for performance, safety, and operational standards
- Knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and donated goods processing operations
- Ability to manage product flow, quality, production goals, inventory, and equipment
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to evaluate performance, make sound decisions, adjust priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and safety awareness
- Ability to work effectively across teams while maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
