Job Summary
Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations including prepping, picking, shipping, and delivery while working side-by-side with the team. Train, coach, and rebuild warehouse and delivery teams with a focus on accountability and performance. Monitor quality standards, inspect inbound/outbound orders, and route delivery trucks in coordination with Branch Managers. Handle delivery issues proactively and manage triage for returned product and inventory restocking. Lead weekly Operations/Sales calls to align cross-functional teams. Requires at least one year of management experience in a Special Events/Trade Show furniture distribution center, forklift certification, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred. Full-time role in Secaucus, NJ with competitive pay ranging from $60k to $70k annually.
