Job Summary
Directs shipping and receiving operations for a manufacturing coatings environment, overseeing documentation, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance (DOT, IATA, HAZMAT), training, and safety; manages hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations; ensures ERP data integrity and timely fulfillment of customer orders; requires an associate degree (preferred) with 2–4 years of manufacturing experience and strong teamwork, communication, and cost-analysis skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from a two-year technical college or a four-year university preferred; equivalent experience strongly considered
- Two to four years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, ideally within chemicals, coatings, or a regulated industry
- DOT/HAZMAT/IATA certifications preferred
- Forklift certification strongly preferred
