Job Summary
Warehouse Manager for the Toledo, OH branch. Responsible for keeping the warehouse organized and clean, maintaining inventory of tools and products for installations and services, loading and unloading trucks, unloading delivery trucks, organizing products for easy access by install crews, and performing light branch maintenance. Duties include taking inventory, refurbishing product samples for Sales Representatives, repairing screens, and providing excellent customer service to installers, service techs, measure techs, and staff. Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to drive a company vehicle when needed, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, standing for the full shift, basic math, and strong communication skills; some local travel to home improvement stores is expected. Full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with some Saturdays), overtime available, benefits eligibility, 401k with company match, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to remain standing 100% of the time
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle when needed
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Local travel to home improvement stores to pick up tools and/or supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to installers, service techs, measure techs and staff
- Maintain required documentation as necessary (shipping orders, bill of materials, etc.)
