Job Summary
Maintain the 100k sq. ft. facility, fleet, and equipment by performing preventive maintenance on vehicles and tools, conducting annual safety audits, and diagnosing repair needs. Keep warehouse and parking areas clean and organized while building or repairing storage fixtures and assisting with company events. Manage equipment inventory to ensure operational readiness and work independently after training in a supportive team environment within a growing restoration company.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with basic vehicle maintenance, minor repairs and small motor maintenance
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work independently after training
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift experience
- Experience performing preventative maintenance on vehicles and/or equipment and small motors
