Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by cleaning, inspecting, and servicing SERVPRO restoration equipment daily. Perform HVAC-related diagnostics, maintenance, and minor repairs on drying and climate-control systems. Track supplies, restock materials, and report inventory needs while upholding SERVPRO and OSHA safety standards. Handle miscellaneous warehouse tasks, light repairs, and equipment staging as required. This part-time role runs Tuesday through Thursday for 24–30 hours per week. Candidates must have HVAC experience, strong mechanical knowledge, a clean driving record, and a valid license.
