Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for keeping the facility operating by performing routine maintenance, fixing structural damage, maintaining HVAC equipment, applying preventative measures to reduce future issues, and addressing safety hazards. This role involves fabrication, welding, electrical, plumbing tasks, and operating various machinery. Key qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 3 years of maintenance experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as effective time management and problem-solving abilities. Candidates should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team and possess proficiency in computer skills relevant to the job.
