Job Summary
Restock daily pick-face locations and transfer inventory using the warehouse management system, ensuring orders are accurately picked, prepared, and staged for shipment. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using powered equipment while supporting multiple operational areas including Mailing Machines, Print Bindery, and Fulfillment. Receive incoming products, verify shipments, report damages or discrepancies, and prepare shipping documentation such as bills of lading and customs forms. Assist with fulfillment equipment, mail inserting, and print-finishing processes while maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counting. This flexible role supports global Bible engagement and discipleship by ensuring ministry resources reach individuals and communities worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of warehousing, shipping, or receiving experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fulfillment and mail inserter experience preferred
- Hi-lo/forklift experience or the ability to obtain certification upon hire
- Intermediate computer skills and experience working with inventory systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing operational needs
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, pull, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- A mature Christian faith and passion for global Bible engagement and discipleship
- Commitment to the ministry's mission, values, and statement of faith
- A life consistent with biblical principles and ongoing spiritual growth
- Appreciation for serving within a global, multicultural ministry environment
