Job Summary
Conduct technical assembly and quality assurance on new laptop technology, including unboxing, configuration, and testing. Perform general warehouse duties such as shipping, receiving, boxing, and palletizing/stacking. Operate forklifts if certified with one year of experience and a passed written exam. Maintain strict compliance with government security protocols, including providing original citizenship documents and adhering to the no-electronics policy on the floor. Work flexible schedules including 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM) or 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM) at $16.50–$20.00/hr, with weekend availability at $18.00–$18.50/hr. Join a temp-to-hire pipeline with permanent hire eligibility after 11 months at this premier climate-controlled government logistics facility.
Required Qualifications
- Citizenship: This is a high-security government facility. You MUST provide an original Birth Certificate & ID OR a valid US Passport.
- Forklift Operators: Requirements include one year of experience
- Forklift Operators: the ability to pass a written forklift exam
- Attendance: We are looking for reliable candidates.
- Attendance: Zero absences allowed in the first 2 weeks
- Attendance: maximum one call-out in the first 90 days
