Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader

Lead and supervise the warehouse team, overseeing daily operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatch to ensure on-time delivery. Manage inbound and outbound logistics, coordinate with carriers and suppliers to align stock levels, and enforce safety, food safety, and GMP standards across cool rooms and chilled storage. Monitor inventory accuracy through regular audits and NetSuite compliance, resolve operational issues, and maintain reporting on KPIs. Ensure pallet racking and equipment are maintained while supporting Chain of Responsibility compliance. This afternoon/evening shift role requires a minimum of three years in warehouse leadership, proficiency in warehouse management systems, and availability for occasional weekends.
