Job Summary
Warehouse/Logistics Operator position on 2nd shift, onsite in Coralville, IA. Responsibilities include performing machine and/or manual inventory, reading and following procedures and work instructions, and taking ownership of process accuracy. Requires use of SAP or similar computer tools, ability to meet internal/external deadlines, and participation in continuous improvement efforts. Must have HS diploma or equivalent (or 2 years of relevant experience), be a U.S. citizen, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds; training on 1st shift may be required for up to 4 weeks. Emphasis on safety, quality, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent (or 2 years of relevant experience)
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract
- Ability to work 2nd shift
- Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to train on 1st shift for up to 4 weeks (as needed)
- Experience with reading and following procedures and work instructions
- Experience with SAP or similar computer tools
- Ability to perform machine and/or manual inventory
- Strong safety and quality focus
- Ability to interact with multiple functional groups and meet deadlines
