Job Summary
Organised, hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, stock accuracy, order prioritisation, and dispatch. Key responsibilities include managing goods in, picking, packing, and dispatch; maintaining stock accuracy and conducting stocktakes; overseeing courier relationships and resolving delivery issues; keeping warehouse systems up to date; and maintaining a clean, safe, well-organised environment. Ideal candidate has 2-3 years in warehouse/logistics management, strong stock-control and OMS experience, Health and Safety focus, forklift certification, and a valid driving license. Role based in Dalston with planned move to Tottenham end of Summer 2026; 5 days per week (~40 hours), salary £35,000-£38,000 (GBP) with additional benefits. Experience in the Food/FMCG sector is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years previous experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
- Strong understanding of stock control and pick & pack operations
- Confident using warehouse or order management systems
- Experience with Health and Safety in a warehouse environment
- Forklift license certified (Reach truck preferable)
- Driving License
