Job Summary
Lead logistics/warehouse operations for local deliveries to construction sites and home offices; perform pre-trip inspections, load/unload inventory, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely, courteous customer service. Communicate with dispatcher and field teams, prepare and maintain records per company policies, and uphold safe, organized work practices on a daily local-delivery routine starting at 5 am, Monday through Friday, with home every night and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Preferred, but not required
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- 2-5 years driving experience driving commercial vehicles
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must possess a current, valid Medical Card
- Ability to lift to 75 pounds
- Ability to sit in vehicle for long periods of time
- Excellent knowledge of the local delivery area
- Must be able to work in various climate conditions such as cold, heat, humidity for long periods of time
- Ability to crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl and twist for lifting
