Warehouse & Logistics Associate

Job Summary
Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, then organize, label, and safely store inventory while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. Collect packages from carriers like DHL and FedEx, prepare outgoing shipments for local delivery and export, and deliver documents to customers, customs, and carriers. Pick and pack orders accurately, monitor inventory movement, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies promptly. Work closely with Sales and Purchasing teams to improve operational efficiency. You must hold a valid Aruba driver's license, drive a manual transmission panel van, and be able to lift 15 kg safely. Previous warehouse experience is required, with knowledge of Aruba Customs procedures or medical devices being a plus.

- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or stockroom operations
- Valid Aruba driver's license
- Able to drive a manual transmission panel van

Desired Qualifications
- Basic computer skills (inventory software or QuickBooks experience is an advantage)
- Experience with Aruba Customs procedures
- Experience working with medical devices or healthcare products
