Job Summary
Maintain accurate inventory levels of materials, tooling, and supplies by performing cycle counts, supporting audits, and tracking identifiers. Prepare outbound shipments, complete documentation, and coordinate material deliveries while ensuring prompt return of excess components. Assist with basic packaging, assembly, and inspection tasks, and support operations planning by following established safety and procedural guidelines. Solve routine problems using established procedures and escalate when needed. Operate a forklift as required and handle multiple assignments while prioritizing accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Valid driver's license (if required to drive a company vehicle)
- Forklift certification required (if required to operate a forklift)
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

- Knowledge of U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations
- Knowledge of company policies and operating procedures
- Knowledge of other regulatory requirements
