Job Summary
Securely wrap completed customer order pallets using stretch wrap, review shipping documentation, and verify shipment accuracy before loading. Stage and load pallets onto delivery trucks in the correct route sequence to support efficient deliveries while inspecting for stability and product quality. Operate manual and/or electric pallet jacks safely, communicate inventory discrepancies or concerns to leadership, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area. This role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced foodservice distribution environment. Required Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, logistics, or order selecting experience
- Experience securely wrapping pallets, reviewing shipping documentation, and loading or staging pallets in the correct delivery route sequence
- Experience loading delivery trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Experience operating manual and/or electric pallet jacks
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and punctuality
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen in accordance with company policy
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship by Brothers Food Service
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to shipment accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks while working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a refrigerated, freezer, foodservice, grocery, or produce distribution warehouse
- Experience using RF scanners, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or other warehouse technology
- Previous forklift experience is preferred but not required
