Job Summary
Conduct outbound order loading into tractor trailers in compliance with company procedures, ensuring drivers have product safely stowed for maximum delivery efficiency. Perform trailer inspections to verify cleanliness, temperature, and readiness; build pallets according to stops, wrap securely, and verify header labels for damaged or outdated product. Load trailers with correct bulkhead placement, confirm load diagrams are completed, and maintain a clean, orderly dock area while following all safety work practices. Work Sunday through Thursday from 6:30 pm until complete at a rate of $22.05/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of one year warehouse experience
- Pallet jack experience
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to read load diagrams
- Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Team oriented
- Ability to get along with others
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Order to Cash
