Job Summary
Warehouse Load/Unload role responsible for retrieving, moving, and stacking merchandise; uses material handling equipment excluding forklifts; picks and packs orders; maintains inventory; ensures production area organization and cleanliness; follows 5S standards; prepares orders, labels, sorts, wraps, packs, and repacks; stages skids for outbound shipments; moves products from staging/storage to outbound trucks; may unload inbound shipments; maintains safety and orderly workspace; requires ability to read/write/speak English and follow safety-focused directions; emphasizes attention to detail, time management, adaptability to change, and basic computer/WMS usage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent and 6 months-1 year of related experience preferred
