Warehouse Line Leader - GF

Control line productivity, guarantee quality standards, and check line losses to ensure production yield. Manage weekend operations independently, organize production plans, and assist the supervisor in achieving scheduling requirements. Apply PDCA and lean tools for process improvement, escalate non-conformance or safety issues, and order materials including PPE and raw ingredients. Ensure proper chemical handling, comply with HACCP, HSE, and food safety requirements, maintain 5S compliance, and conduct safety routes. Adhere to BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ESG commitments. Requires a technical diploma or degree in food manufacturing or related fields.
