Warehouse Leadperson - 2nd shift, 3:00pm - 11:00pm, $27.99 hourly + $2.25 shift premium

Direct, train, and assist warehouse employees to ensure shipments are made on time while serving as the primary customer contact at the Decorah facility. Prioritize activities to maximize efficiency, monitor employee productivity, and coordinate shipments with freight vendors. Assist the supervisor in maintaining department budgets, reviewing performance requirements, and providing coaching on company policies and safety procedures. Investigate maintenance problems, procure repair estimates, and schedule maintenance with supervisor approval. Ensure all shipping paperwork is accurately completed and that special customer-driven expectations are met throughout the 2nd shift.
