Job Summary
The Warehouse Leadman coordinates daily activities with the Warehouse Manager and oversees warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of trucks and compliance with quality and safety standards. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of related experience, and strong communication and mathematical skills. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months or more of related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and documents
- Ability to effectively communicate before groups of people
- Ability to add, subtract, and multiply
- Physical ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
