Job Summary
Assist the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day operations including shipping/receiving, inventory management, and material handling duties. Perform physical order pulling, loading and unloading trucks, and load batteries for customers, with occasional non-CDL deliveries. Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts as required. Work overtime as needed while maintaining excellent communication skills. Starting pay is $24.34 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, a 401(K), and annual bonuses. This hands-on leadership role supports East Penn's sustainable lead battery manufacturing operations in Sacramento.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Forklift experience required on both stand up and sit down forklifts
- Must be highly motivated
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work with others
