Job Summary
Train, direct, and lead a team of associates to achieve operational goals while maintaining a clean, safe work environment through daily audits and safety communication. Track productivity, coordinate team assignments, and prioritize workflow through floor presence to ensure deadlines are met. Assist with daily start-up meetings, communicate goals, and share best practices with teammates. Safely operate material handling equipment and research issues to provide feedback on performance. Work cooperatively with internal partners and the manager to implement departmental standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in distribution, manufacturing, or retail environment
- 5 years of progressive work experience
- Onsite and in office role
- Excellent attendance
- Willingness to be part of a team
- 6 months previous forklift driving experience
- 12 months experience with warehouse management systems
- Excellent warehouse management system knowledge including handheld, truck mount and desktop
- MS Office Proficient: Outlook, Word, and Excel – Advanced Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary (English)
- Strong decision making, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to be a collaborator

- Be an adaptive person
- Flexible to work overtime as required
- Continuous physical exertion – walking, bending, lifting, standing, climbing
- Must be able to lift 65 pounds minimum with or without accommodation
