Job Summary
Create and maintain spreadsheets, process material transfers, and scan and track invoices. Physically move material goods, operate equipment for load outs or off loads, and receive materials into the yard and warehouse daily. Coordinate delivery of requisitioned materials, perform regular yard inventories and reconciliations, and compile manual or computerized records including yard logs. Assist Operations with filling inventory orders, conduct yard audits, and analyze material requirements for projects. Coordinate divestment, inspection, repair, returns, and warranty replacements. This role supports the Supply Chain department within Wood's global energy consulting and engineering operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood
- Must be very organized

- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to interface and coordinate effectively with management, professional staff and support staff

- Must live within a 50 mile radius of Bridgeport
- Non-rotational schedule
- No per diem or lodging
- Ability to physically move material goods

- Ability to receive material into the yard and warehouse physically and in any applicable systems daily
- Ability to compile and maintain manual or computerized records, such as yard logs, material transfers, available inventory, status and location of materials
- Ability to perform regular yard inventories and reconciliations
- Ability to analyze material required to complete projects applying knowledge of product and manufacturing processes
- Ability to coordinate the divestment, inspection, repair, returns, and warranty/replacement of materials, parts and assemblies
- Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
- Ability to process material transfers

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience within the Oil and Gas industry's supply chain management discipline
- Knowledge of casing
- Knowledge of tubing
- Knowledge of production equipment
- Knowledge of wellhead equipment
