Job Summary
As a Warehouse Lead, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert in warehouse processes and technology applications, guiding and training team members on operations. You'll ensure customer orders are accurately picked, checked, and packed, while performing inventory counts and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory procedures. You are expected to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, and lead team members to create a positive working environment. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and physical capabilities to lift and move materials are essential. A high school diploma or GED is preferred along with relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of related experience
- Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
