Job Summary
Warehouse Lead II oversees warehouse operations on assigned shifts, coordinating a team that receives, stores, and distributes materials, equipment, and supplies. Leads day-to-day objectives, directs processes for movement, storage, and inventory control, and provides on-the-job training. Ensures safety and regulatory compliance, communicates performance feedback to supervisors, and maintains professionalism and organizational standards on the warehouse floor with heavy machinery. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods, read/write/speak English, and effectively follow instructions and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor, team lead or mentor
- Ability to stand / walk for long periods of time
- Able to communicate procedures clearly and instruct others
- Fluent in English
- Ability to operate different types of production machinery
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of safety practices and regulations
- Ability to foster teamwork across diverse activities
