Warehouse Lead

Job Summary
Lead a warehouse team to achieve high productivity and accuracy through supervision of receiving, movement, and picking of warehouse orders; maintain inventory accuracy; train and develop staff; implement process improvements; ensure safety and SOP adherence; collaborate across departments; utilize WMS and Microsoft Office to support operations and reporting; operate and lead in a fast-paced warehouse environment with emphasis on cycle counts, KPI achievement, and 5S/continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2-3 years’ experience in a warehouse shipping environment, preferably in a supervisory or lead role
- Operate an electric pallet jack (required)
- read and write English
- follow verbal instructions
- use simple math
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficiency in warehouse management principles and best practices
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus
- Microsoft Office experience required, MS Teams experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a repetitive basis
- Ability to stand for long periods
- No travel required
