Job Summary
Coordinate with supervisors to determine daily, weekly, and monthly workload and direct the team to meet daily objectives. Perform warehouse duties including unloading and loading shipments, put-away, replenishment, receiving products, and conducting item demand/count checks. Assist employees with exceptions, problem resolution, and training, while ensuring accurate duty performance and safety compliance. Communicate issues or suggestions to management and respond promptly to customer service requests.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years' warehouse experience
- strong knowledge of Import/Export receiving and shipping and inventory control processes, procedures and practices
- familiarity with related OSHA regulations
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- interpersonal and professional interactive skills
- Ability to effectively write and present information/reports
- ability to respond to questions from suppliers, customers, management and inter-department staff
- ability to work with internal staff from other departments in a proactive and constructive manner

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and/or move up to 200 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to stand and walk 75% of the time
- Must be available for evening, weekend or other shift work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with High jump/PeopleSoft, Voice Recognition and RF devices
- WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
