Warehouse - Lead

Coordinate efficient warehouse operations by monitoring daily KPIs, quality metrics, and productivity administration while ensuring procedures are documented and followed. Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations, acting as a role model, and overseeing planning and activities. Liaise with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy. Provide backup and support to the Supervisor, representing them fully during absences due to sickness, holidays, or business meetings. Work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet production goals and site Key Performance Indicators, as the schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.
