Warehouse - Lead

Coordinate efficient warehouse operations by monitoring daily KPIs, quality metrics, and productivity administration while ensuring procedures are documented and followed. Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations, acting as a role model, and overseeing warehouse activities. Liaise with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy. Support the Supervisor fully during periods of absence, including sickness, holidays, and business meetings. Maintain accurate timecard exceptions and assist with planning. Schedule may fluctuate based on business needs to meet production goals and key performance indicators.
