Job Summary
Lead and supervise weekend warehouse operations (Fri–Mon, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) to ensure safe, efficient, accurate inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and KPI-driven performance. Manage staffing, onboarding, coaching and development; plan daily shift objectives, monitor KPIs, and forecast labor needs with leadership. Coordinate with teams to maintain safety and compliance, support continuous improvement, and conduct performance evaluations. Operate lift equipment as needed and assist on the floor; ensure knowledge of customer operations and be prepared to step in to support workflow. Requires 3+ years of leadership experience, HS diploma or GED, and proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, and forklift equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience in warehouse operations
- Experience operating LP and electric lift trucks (roll clamp, carton clamp, forks)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems including WMS and RF scanners
