Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Shipping/warehouse team at LKQ Keystone Automotive Operations in Irving, TX, guiding daily assignments, training and coaching staff, and serving as a key link between supervisors and team members to ensure production workflow, quality control, and safety goals are met. Manage scheduling of daily tasks, oversee storage and handling of production materials, coordinate cycle counts, enforce safety standards, train others, resolve work problems, adjust procedures to meet deadlines, supervise truck loading/unloading, bin locations, restocking, parts pulling and stocking of trucks, verify in-stock positions for sales staff, and monitor inventory levels. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Requires High School Diploma/GED, 5+ years of related experience, and Order Picker and Dock Stocker Certification; shift is evening, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 5:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
