Job Summary
The Warehouse Lead for the second shift will direct the work of team members, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, checked, and packed. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with safety procedures, performing inventory counts, and training employees on the care of items. This role requires operating warehouse equipment like forklifts, performing housekeeping tasks, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Candidates should have three or more years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and must obtain forklift certification after hire.
Required Qualifications
