Job Summary
Lead a warehouse team to supervise receiving, processing, storing, and shipping of inventory to meet purchase orders; act as Warehouse Manager when needed; organize stock; ensure safety and compliance; improve warehouse procedures; mentor and train warehouse associates; maintain accurate inventory levels and optimize space; ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
- Previous leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to delegate tasks, motivate a team, and lead by example.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, loading, and standing for long periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
