Job Summary
Oversee department functions, train and coach employees, and schedule workflow to ensure zero product delinquency. Transport material internally, pick and pack orders using an RF scanner, and operate a stand-up reach forklift while executing standard procedures. Drive continuous improvement ideas and maintain positive customer satisfaction. Requires 2+ years in shipping and receiving, 2+ years operating a forklift, and 1+ year in a lead role. Full-time position with immediate eligibility for medical, dental, vision, commuter, pet insurance, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
- 2+ years of experience operating a forklift
- 1+ years in a lead role
- Basic computer skills
