Job Summary
Lead warehouse team activities and perform general warehouse duties to meet internal and external customer needs. Conduct quality control audits of pick tickets and warehouse inventory, including yard audits and quality checks of warehouse and yard inventory. Pull and pick orders for any type of pick ticket, load and unload materials to and from designated areas such as racks, shelves, and vehicles, and stock all parts received by receiving agents. Assist in shipping and receiving administration, drive and stage trucks, and participate in cycle counts, 5S, and LEAN initiatives. Maintain a clean and orderly work area while following all safety rules and standard operating procedures. Operate in conjunction with organizational goals and wear required personal protective equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Warehouse/Receiving Associate
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- Must be available for travel of 10%-15%
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing industry or background experience preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and practices
- Basic math and computer skills
- The ability to collaborate with a multi-department team
