Job Summary
Oversee warehouse operations including tool and equipment delivery, returns, repairs, and inventory accuracy while supervising assigned personnel. Prepare pick tickets for jobsite deliveries, manage check-in/check-out in ToolWatch, and maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and tool retirements. Ensure all equipment is rent ready, oversee maintenance and repair processes, and monitor the shop/yard environment for cleanliness. Support the Warehouse Operations Manager in aligning functions with BECO's mission, assist third-party drivers with safe loading, and provide responsive service to project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn warehouse and tracking software
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to safely load/unload trucks and lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Customer-focused mindset with commitment to safety
- Understanding of Pence values
