Job Summary
Oversee unloading, loading, and sorting of packages; train and guide Package Handlers; enforce safety protocols; monitor and coordinate with Area and Operations Managers to support metrics and uphold company values; ensure accuracy in handling and manifests; supervise equipment use and maintenance requests; promote a safe, efficient warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Regularly lift, push, pull 25-35 lbs. And occasionally carry up to 50 lbs. And occasionally push or pull up to 150 lbs. using a pallet jack or gaylords to transport large packages.
- Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
