Job Summary
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring materials and finished goods are stored, staged, and shipped efficiently within a high-traffic, space-constrained environment. Safely operate forklifts to move pallets of beer, raw materials, and packaging supplies throughout the facility while enforcing safety standards. Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify deliveries, and maintain organized inventory storage. Process invoices using QuickBooks to ensure accurate recordkeeping and coordinate inventory with brewing, packaging, and sales teams to support production schedules. Perform routine inventory counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy. This role requires extensive forklift experience, QuickBooks proficiency, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced brewery setting.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive forklift experience
- Comfortable operating forklifts safely and efficiently in tight spaces with frequent vehicle and pedestrian traffic
- Experience using QuickBooks, including processing and managing vendor invoices
- Strong warehouse organization and inventory management skills
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, beverage, or food production environments
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the day
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a craft brewery, beverage production, or food manufacturing environment
- Forklift certification (or the ability to become certified)
- Experience with inventory control systems and warehouse best practices
