Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations at the Cadbury Shah Alam facility, coordinating receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control to meet targets. Supervise a team of associates, providing on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and equipment maintenance protocols. Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical processes, investigate discrepancies, and implement quality control measures for incoming and outgoing goods. Identify process improvements and prepare operational reports for management. This role supports Mondelēz International's mission to lead the future of snacking across Southeast Asia markets.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or team leader role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift certification)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting
- Ability to work in various warehouse conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with food manufacturing or consumer goods warehousing
- Forklift certification
