Job Summary

Lead and communicate to a team of warehouse associates to complete daily department tasks and company goals effectively. Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, stage deliveries, and maintain supply, part, and equipment inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders. Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes, ensure accuracy of vendor shipments, and perform physical inventory counts. Professionally communicate purchase order discrepancies to vendors and assist with customer pickups. Maintain grounds, stock areas, and facilities by cleaning parking lots, offices, and warehouse floors, removing trash, and sanitizing products per company standards. Inspect products for defects during receiving or shipping, monitor shipments, and prepare paperwork relating to shipping and receiving orders. Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment, utilizing reports to track project status and audit the delivery tracking system. Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all. Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts and report any concerns or issues to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ Years warehouse experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to be thorough and accurate when accomplishing a task
  • Ability to manage time efficiently to ensure completion of work
  • Knowledge of General warehouse policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Equipment and function of Powered Industrial Trucks for product relocation and safety inspection
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of DispatchTrack
  • Lift or move up to 100 pounds
  • Sight is required to ensure the safety of yourself and others
  • Must be able to lift 100 pounds
  • Must be able to sit frequently
  • Must be able to stand frequently
  • Must be able to walk frequently
