Warehouse Lead - M-F 6am-2:30pm

Job Summary
Warehouse Lead coordinates and coaches warehouse associates, trains new hires and forklift drivers, and provides backup to the supervisor. Responsibilities include coaching and training teammates to complete daily tasks, supporting shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory control, general warehouse functions or material handling ( forklift operations ), conducting PIT and annual recertification training, performing inspections, handling paperwork per SOPs and regulatory agencies (DOT, IATA, IMDG, etc.), participating in inventory/cycle counts, ensuring SQFI/FDA/customer readiness, reporting incidents, ensuring product rotation procedures, analyzing daily production reports, and serving as backup to other warehouse roles as needed. Additional duties may apply depending on department. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years of warehousing/distribution operations experience, at least 6 months of leadership/supervisory experience, forklift operator certification or ability to obtain one, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required or preferred
- Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience
- 6 months experience related leadership or supervisory experience and/or training in a distribution environment
- Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
