Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse activities across Quick Pick, Putaway, and Returns within the Kelowna Distribution Center. Supervise, coach, and support a team of warehouse associates; train new hires; conduct floor walks, quality checks, and audits; lead daily huddles to review priorities and performance; manage schedules and staffing; coordinate workflow to ensure accurate, timely order picking and efficient inventory movement; contribute to continuous improvement and uphold safety and standardized processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Experience in one or more of the following: Order picking / fulfillment, Inventory / put away, Returns processing
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse systems
