Job Summary
Warehouse Lead responsible for supervising warehouse personnel and activities, coordinating receipt, storage, and shipping to meet productivity goals; supervising training on safety, forklift safety, SOPs; coordinating with internal/external customers to resolve shipping/receiving discrepancies; preparing work schedules, addressing employee performance and grievances, assisting with process improvement, and maintaining sanitation and compliance with company standards. Requires leadership, problem-solving, strong communication, experience with reach trucks and warehouse tech (WMS, RF scanners), and ability to manage time, attendance, and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalency
- Must have reach truck experience
- Experience with warehouse operations, procedures, equipment, and terminology
- Experience utilizing WMS, RF Guns/Scanners
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates solid leadership ability
