Job Summary
Lead the department supervisor in planning, organizing productivity, and workflow. Coach and counsel all staff members on performance, write evaluations using assessment tools, and set objectives. Monitor individual performance and assist in the performance development of the team. Present a positive, approachable image to employees and customers while demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple tasks and adjusting to changing priorities. Ensure discretion when handling confidential information. Requires experience with PC applications and CICS, with the ability to become forklift certified. Midshift/Second schedule with a wage up to $25/hr based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills demonstrated in verbal, written and listening form
- Previous experience working with confidential information and demonstrated ability to be discreet
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team with a high level of initiative
- Demonstrates flexibility while managing multiple tasks and adjusting to changing priorities
- Proven skills in organization, self-motivation, decision-making and problem solving
- Experience with PC applications and CICS
- Ability to become forklift certified
