Job Summary
Assist store management with daily warehouse operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and safety while supervising and training team members. Unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the backroom, operating pallet jacks and other equipment to maintain up-to-date logistics. Manage inventory control to prevent losses and communicate arrival details to the store team for timely stock turnaround. Print receiving reports to verify all orders are processed without outstanding purchase orders or transfers. This role requires a minimum of six months of relevant warehouse experience and involves significant physical demands including lifting and manual material handling.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to plan, organize and effectively prioritize the warehouse with a sense of urgency
- Ability to make decisions related to all aspects of shipping and receiving that supports company guidelines
- Minimum 6 months of relevant warehouse/back-end retail experience
- Ability to operate pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Physical demands that are required include mobility (walking, standing, climbing, bending, etc.)
- Manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc.)
- Movement of product by use of ladders and stock pickers
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ Year of retail experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
