Warehouse Lead

Coordinate daily warehouse operations by performing core functions including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, staging, and shipping. Maintain organization, ensure correct item storage and labeling, and assist with cycle counts to resolve inventory discrepancies. Assign and reassign tasks to team members based on the daily work plan, while supporting technicians with material needs. Train new and existing staff on procedures, equipment use, and safety guidelines. Operate warehouse equipment safely, identify issues such as missing inventory or incorrect picks, and escalate complex problems to the Supervisor. Resolve simple issues directly and serve as an on-floor resource for process clarification. $50,000+ DOE. 1-2 years of warehouse experience required.
