Warehouse Lead

Job Summary
Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory priorities while receiving, inspecting, picking, packaging, and shipping parts and materials. Help assign work and train warehouse employees, verify shipments and inventory records for accuracy, and assist with cycle counts to resolve discrepancies. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate workflow, safety, and performance concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor. Requires two or more years of warehouse experience, forklift operation, and ERP system proficiency. Monday–Friday schedule with medical, dental, and vision insurance. Industrial Injection is a family-owned diesel performance and industrial equipment company serving customers since 1985.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience
- Experience training employees or helping coordinate daily work
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using inventory, ERP, or warehouse computer systems
- Forklift experience and the ability to obtain company authorization
- Dependable attendance and strong communication skills
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Prior lead experience and experience in a manufacturing, automotive, diesel, or industrial environment
