Job Summary
Lead the Hardware Shipping and Warehouse Operations, coordinating the operations team to meet customer deadlines while supporting KPI reporting and escalation processes. Serve as the first point of contact for urgent issues, liaise with external carriers, and build strong stakeholder relationships. The role requires prioritising workload under pressure, strong organisation, and alignment with Incora values. Experience as a Senior Warehouse Operative, Supervisor, or Warehouse Lead is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Warehouse Operative, Supervisor or Warehouse Lead experience
- ability to manage flow of work through Hardware Shipping department
- customer service experience for internal and external stakeholders
- KPI reporting experience
- ability to escalate and communicate with external carriers
