Job Summary
Warehouse Lead in Loma Linda leading safety- and compliance-focused warehouse operations. Responsibilities include training new selectors and warehouse employees on safety and processes, auditing pallets, assisting with loading and inspection to ensure load quality, covering the desk with the supervisor when needed, investigating incidents and injuries, preparing accident-related compliance forms, developing safety reports and cost-saving recommendations, and developing employees engaged in safety, training, and compliance. Requires 3 years of warehouse distribution experience; supervisory experience preferred; forklift and RF scanner experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Double Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
- Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience preferred
- RF Scanner experience preferred
